Kerala Made Simple uses the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and help plan a Kerala tour package.

Information we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number and selected country calling code. We also receive any information you choose to share with our team later through WhatsApp, email or phone.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you, understand your travel requirements, prepare package options, answer questions and assist with planning or booking. We do not sell your personal information.

Services involved

Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and then sent to our email. If you continue to WhatsApp, your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. These providers may process information according to their respective policies.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain booking records or meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete the personal information you submitted, subject to any information we must retain for legal or booking purposes.
